Monster Business - £25.99 - Elcipse
Monster Business was written by a member of The Lost Boys, and
should expect high quality after the Mindbomb demos alike, but
thats not what I found.
Leroy, the main character, had made his fortune by killing pests,
and vermin on contract to governments of different countries
around the globe, he had a wife, a mistress and two children.
His newest assignment was to solve a mystery of missing tools
from building sites, which were being taken on a regular basis.
No-one knew that the persons taking them was every monster who
lived in the forest, and were coming out taking some tools and
returning to the forest. Leroy was the man for the job.
You as Leroy, must go around the construction sites, inflating
various creatures with helium gas to send em floating. Once they
disappear, they drop all the stolen tools, and you pick them up
for a few bonus points.
Monster Business is a platform game, and conists of you jumping
from platform to platform on your quest. Sounds simple???, erh
not so, Leory has only a limited amount of time to blow up all
the monsters before he dies.
Monster Business has quite good graphics but they do seem to get
boring, the gameplay is not so good after awhile but at first its
ok. I would of thought that from a Lost Boy we would have
exciting graphics music and addictiveness, but we don't.
Although I couldn't program a game like this, I do feel that this
is an uninspiring game.
